We offer a unique line of sauces.  These are not your typical barbecue sauces.  Some are fruit based, some are savory, some are alcohol-based (we use real alcohol not an alcohol flavoring) and ALL are amazing!  The original Apple BBQ (30+ years in the making) is joined by other flavors:  Blueberry (using wild Maine Blueberries), Bourbon Peach, Brandied Plum, Caribbean Heat, Cherry Habanero, Coconut Lime, Cranberry, Gingered Peach, Honey Mustard, Island Rum, Jazzy Peppers, Pineapple Mango, Pomegranate, Sesame Orange and Tequila Lime.

We also carry three dry rubs:  Butt Rub, Fiesta Mixx (formerly Taco-Chili Mix) and No Mis-Steak Rubb.
