Beef Brisket -slow roasted
Ingredients
- 2 Tablespoons Pork Beach Butt Rubb
- 4 pounds beef brisket
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 225 degrees F.
- Trim brisket off any large fat pockets; do not trim all as it adds flavor.
- Rub entire brisket with Butt Rubb, add more if thick rub is desired.
- Cook for about 8 hours.
- Remove from oven and slice.
- Serve as french-dip sandwiches or with your favorite Pork Beach Sauce.
- Serving suggestions: I like to cook overnight for about 8 hours while I am sleeping. You will wake up to a house filled with wonderful smells. When ready to serve, reheat on top of stove in a cup of beef broth. Serve french dip style on crusty bread.
- Or slice and serve with your favorite Pork Beach Barbecue/Grilling Sauce.
