Beef Brisket -slow roasted

Ingredients

  • 2 Tablespoons Pork Beach Butt Rubb
  • 4 pounds beef brisket

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 225 degrees F.
  2. Trim brisket off any large fat pockets; do not trim all as it adds flavor.
  3. Rub entire brisket with Butt Rubb, add more if thick rub is desired.
  4. Cook for about 8 hours.
  5. Remove from oven and slice.
  6. Serve as french-dip sandwiches or with your favorite Pork Beach Sauce.
  7. Serving suggestions: I like to cook overnight for about 8 hours while I am sleeping. You will wake up to a house filled with wonderful smells. When ready to serve, reheat on top of stove in a cup of beef broth. Serve french dip style on crusty bread.
  8. Or slice and serve with your favorite Pork Beach Barbecue/Grilling Sauce.
